ooooohhhh... excellent  Although (and I may be sharing too much, but I think this thread has already "gone there") I kind of get off a bit at the whole high school love thing, they're all so innocent, I like the idea of popping a Vampire's cherry!

I'd say if you like Twilight you'll like this as well.I always said I wouldn't buy books here because of the price but I like this series so much i've bought 7 of the damn things so far... |

I left the US at the week before eposide, so I finally caught up and its HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mom says the finale is TDF fabulous. i have the books too and its really notihng like the show, but they are good. I just finished the newest one too. |

I think you mean "Twilight minus the sparkles, bad writing, one-dimensional characters, and glorified abuse." Right?  (Twilight is one of my soapboxes.)Has anyone read Charlaine Harris's other series? I read the Harper Connelly books (sadly, there are only 3). It's about a 20-something woman traveling around the US with her stepbrother. I saw her other book.. the one you mention, in the book shop yesterday, but am hesitant to try it. Is it good? I'm in lurve with True Blood, but if the other books are as good, I'll give em a try. |
