i love the cold. people here think i'm crazy because i wear tshirts all year round, and very rarely have a jumper/sweater/hoodie on, and that comes off the instant i go inside.

the ex husband would wear shorts, tshirts and flipflops all year round in anchorage, except for when he was at work.

I guess your baseline is lower than mine! I had an ex-bf from Iowa who moved to California in the middle of winter. He was like your ex-husband - summer clothes all year round.

Brr!

Well...............

He tells me the other day that there were people out in their tanks tops and shorts in Anchorage because it was sunny and warm........................12 degrees!! :rollin:

I guess it is all relative to what your used to year round.....but I have been to Alaska 3 times both winter and summer, and it is not all about ice and igloos
